Appointments are booked online, in the showroom of your choice. We recommend booking as early as possible, ideally 6 to 9 months before the wedding.

You can bring 2 people with you to your fitting appointment.

The first appointment lasts one hour.

You can usually try on 4 to 6 dresses during this first appointment.

Yes: you can take one photo from the front and one from the back, of your favourite dresses only.

We have shoes to try on in the showroom, but ideally bring your own heels. Wear as little make-up as possible: our dresses are white!

Once your order is confirmed, at least 3 fittings are scheduled before your dress is delivered. Depending on your figure and the complexity of the design, more fittings may be needed.

A 50% deposit is paid when you order the dress. The balance is paid in 3 instalments over the course of the fittings.
